Our custom pieces are made to order meaning that there is a 2-6 weeks production time (this could be shorter or longer depending on disruptions, public holidays and demand).

Once your order is ready we will then ship to your address. If you’re an international customer it may take longer to arrive.

If you order this product along with others pieces of jewellery, they will be shipped together when the custom piece is ready. Please keep this in mind if you wish to receive other items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not applicable with this item. 

Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
