Shipping & Returns
We would love to say a huge thank you for your continued support! As a small business it is really trying times and we truly appreciate you.
Our online store is still operating as usual. Orders are being shipped out as normal, most deliveries are being delivered within the normal time frames however we are also experiencing some delays with UK and international deliveries.
We ask that you allow up to an extra two weeks for international and 5 working days for UK deliveries. If your order is time sensitive, we ask that you use the UK Next Day Delivery service. Unfortunately, international orders do not yet have an expedited method of delivery.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DATES
Last postal dates to receive your items in time for Christmas:
United Kingdom - Friday 18th December
USA & Canada - Saturday 12th December
Europe - Wednesday 16th December
Rest of the World - Wednesday 9th December
Place your order by 2pm for same day shipping.
Ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Iṣura will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of post once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are encouraged to take up any delivery issues with Royal Mail or your local postal service if you are an international customer.
We cannot class a parcel as missing until 6 weeks have passed from the due date. If your order has gone missing, we will file a claim with Royal Mail, and once compensation has been received for the item, only then can a refund for the missing item be processed.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Please be aware that internationally shipped items are subject to customs checks and potential charges. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent containing your tracking number should you have one. Alternatively, you can track your order here.
Please ensure you provide the correct email address when placing your order to ensure your tracking details reach you.
PRE-ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
Note that pre-orders can take from 15 - 30 working days to be delivered. If this time has lapsed, please contact us with your name and order number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope that you are pleased with your order however if you would like to return an item(s) please contact us first.
- Items are returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Must be unworn and in its original condition
- Items must have all tags, boxes and bags attached/included
- Earrings cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons
- All sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Items purchased with a discount code or voucher are still eligible for return.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded
- The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer - we recommend using a tracked service.
- We are not liable for returns lost in the post and cannot refund
- We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy
- Your refund will be credited to the same account used to make the original purchase.
- Items returned without first notifying us will not be refunded.
- We will endeavor to replace any faulty items.

All returns will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned.
We do not accept exchanges, should you wish to exchange an item you would need to return the item for a refund and purchase the item you are after.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFO
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class Mail. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail may try to deliver to a neighbour or will drop it off at your local depot.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm. If you order by 2pm Monday to Friday you will receive your goods the next working day. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail may try to deliver to a neighbour or will drop it off at your local depot.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD TRACKED DELIVERY - Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. This is a trackable service and requires a signature upon delivery. Deliveries are generally be made in 1-4 weeks depending on your location.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, your local postal service may try to deliver to a neighbour or will drop it off at your local depot. We cannot class a parcel as missing until 6 weeks have passed.
