All UK orders are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked delivery service. After leaving our facility, Royal Mail typically delivers within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Personalised items can take from 15-25 days for the creation. If this time has lapsed, please contact us with your name and order number. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Tax & Duty
Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Please check your country's tax specifications before placing your order.

Unclaimed Parcels

If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package in due time, it will automatically be sent back to us.

We are under no circumstance, held responsible for unclaimed parcels or if the address provided at checkout is incorrect.

Should your package be sent back to us, a refund will be processed for you automatically minus shipping costs.

Order Issues
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any problems with your order (e.g. damaged item, wrong item received etc) please contact within 14 days of receiving the item so that we can try to resolve it. Please provide your order number, the name of the item that is damaged, photographic evidence and details of the fault.

Missing Parcels

We cannot class a parcel as missing until 6 weeks have passed from the due date. If your order has gone missing, we will file a claim with Royal Mail, and once compensation has been received for the item, only then can a refund for the missing item be processed.

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

Isura is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE1032807628801. Our Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As a consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
