This was my second purchase from this shop. The first time, the chain was for me while this purchase was a birthday gift for 2 friends and another one for me in silver ☺️. Like the previous time, this shopping experience was painless. I contacted about making a silver Kenyan city pendant as there wasn't one in the store at the time. I received a prompt response that this was doable and within no time at all I was contacted that the pendant was ready for purchase. All my items were shipped and received in RECORD time. I got my chains neatly packaged weeks before Etsy allowed me to review the product which is always a nice surprise. I'm extremely happy with all my purchases from this shop. The quality and care are evident. Both my friends loved there gifts. If you're are hesitating to purchase; Don't. You won't be disappointed.
